There is an obvious reason that President Donald Trump plays the Sam and Dave classic “Hold On, I’m Comin'” at the end of his campaign rallies. He wants to give the American people hope that our collective nightmare will eventually end.
Since President Donald Trump left the White House in January of 2021, it has been unmitigated hell for the American people. With the Democrats in control of the White House and Congress, the nation has sunk into economic despair.
At the end of the Trump administration, inflation and interest rates were low. The country was experiencing economic growth and recovering from the massive financial strain of the pandemic.

When I was a kid, we used to play a game called “ stacks on the mill “. It essentially meant that a kid would lie down and the rest of us would jump on and form a pyramid and chant “ stacks on the mill, more on still “ until the pile of kids collapsed and the poor kid at the bottom of the stack would drag himself or herself out from under the pile of bodies and breathe again.
It was a great game to play – unless you were the poor kid at the bottom of the stack. And I think that we, these days, the normal people, are the poor kid at the bottom of the stack. Let me explain.

School standards have fallen for the sake of political correctness over effective and dependable education. That is dangerous.
In early October, my alma mater made headlines after it decided to fire chemistry professor Dr. Maitland Jones Jr. after 82 of his students signed a petition noting that his organic chemistry class was “too hard.”

Shuck-and-jive from America’s broken thinking class, the people who pretend to know better than everybody else.
By now, everybody and his uncle has seen Emily Oster’s plea for “pandemic amnesty” in The Atlantic magazine, a house organ of the people in America who know better than you do about… really… everything. Emily’s wazoo is so stuffed with gold-plated credentials (BA, PhD, Harvard; economics prof at Brown U) it’s a wonder that she could sit down long enough to peck out her lame argument that “we need to forgive one another for what we did and said when we were in the dark about COVID.”
The U.S. military is experiencing a steep decline in recruitment, and while the far-left has suggested that things like the “end” of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are responsible, the simple truth is Joe Biden, the Pentagon, and the rest of the federal government have adopted the “woke” politics of CRT (Critical Race Theory) and LGBT responsible for destroying public education, the military, and pretty much all of American culture.
The agenda is clear for all to see (via ZeroHedge.com):
The Army reports a loss of over 15,000 new troops so far in 2022, while the US Marine Corp, Navy and Air Force are entering the next fiscal year with far less locked in recruits than normal.

When I was a lad in Western Australia, the 5th of November used to be an eagerly awaited event. That was Guy Fawkes Night, commemorating the apprehension in 1605 of conspirators who plotted to blow up the British Parliament and were hanged and quartered.
Just the sort of thing a young Flysa could get excited about.
" In April 2020, with nothing else to do, my family took an enormous number of hikes. – Let’s Declare a Pandemic Amnesty, Opinion by Emily Oster "
I came across this piece thanks to Karen De Coster, referenced in her LRC blog post entitled The Satanic Church-of-Covid Left Begs for Mercy. I will allow her to introduce it (in case her title isn’t sufficient):
The sham propaganda continues to twist in the wind, looking for one last chance to be embraced by the gaslighted masses.

There is a lack of consciousness these days in the hearts of ordinary people.
A lack of Patriotism and Soul.
A lack of Pride.
Given that we still celebrate ANZAC Day, Bullecourt and other Western Front disasters. We seem to forget so much.
Our National tribute of " Lest We Forget " seems to have somehow turned into " We Have Forgotten. "
Some Australians who suffered from Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine-linked injuries are bound to get compensated more by their government. That is if they can meet the strict criteria and get lucky.
The odds are definitely against them. Thus far, only 59 out of 2,987 Australian vaccine injury claimants have been compensated – just around two percent or just two out of every hundred who have complied with the stringent documentation of requirements.

" Living in the Latter Days "
Australians are living in the latter days of the Anglo/American Empire.
For centuries now, world power centres have been moving west – from Mongolia, to Europe, to Britain, to North America, and now Asia beckons.
The Anglo/American Empire today resembles the decadent dying days of Rome. Europe is becoming a green energy wasteland, the British Empire died with Churchill, and America has dodderers and adolescents in charge.

The Pentagon wants a new hub for B-52s amid tensions with China.
The US military has devised a plan which would see nuclear-capable B-52 strategic bombers deployed in Australia on long-term rotational missions, and turn the country’s Northern Territory into a crucial military hub in Washington’s standoff with Beijing.
That's according to a report from Sydney-based state-broadcaster ABC on Monday.
